http://www.star.hawaii.edu/scholarship
Please note that the deadline to apply for scholarships awarded for the Fall 2009 & Spring 2010 is February 20, 2009.
NOTE: If you are in the process of applying to the College of Education for the Fall 2009 semester and do not yet have a UH ID#, email osas@hawaii.edu to request an alternate application. Please note that receiving a scholarship from the College of Education is contingent upon your acceptance to one of the programs in the College of Education for Fall 2009.
3. Search for the scholarships that you qualify for and apply to each scholarship individually online. You may want to save your short-essay responses in a separate file (ex. word document) so you can refer to it if you qualify to apply for multiple scholarships.
Scholarship applications are accepted once per year. The College of Education administers approximately $180,000.00 of scholarship funds exclusively for students currently enrolled, or in the process of applying to, the College of Education. Typically the award amount is $2,000.00/student for the academic year.
