PLAY for All!*

The PLAY for All! program (Physical Literacy and Activities for Youth) is an inclusive sports program that is open to all children, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and who are neurotypical. The COE Department of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science (KRS) hosts this physical activity program for children with IDD and their neurotypical peers. The program includes 12 weeks of instruction each semester on gross motor skills (sport-oriented skills). All sessions are hosted at Klum Gym on the Hawai‘i at Mānoa campus.


  • begins the week of September 9, 2019 and ends the week of December 9th, 2019
  • runs again during the Spring Semester beginning in late January or early February


  • 3-5-year-olds will participate on Mondays from 3-4pm
  • 6-10 year olds will participate on Wednesday from 3-4pm
