Ethnomathematics lessons at Ka Papa Lo‘i o Kānewai

The Ethnomathematics Graduate Certificate marks the first program of its kind in the world for this increasingly visible and highly interdisciplinary subject. The new graduate certificate is the culmination of 10 years of building the Ethnomathematics and STEM Institute, under the direction of COE Professor of Mathematics Education Linda Furuto, with support from state and federal funding.
