CAMP + U Professional Development on Inclusive Practices for Faculty, Staff and Administrators

Spring Semester Registration Due December 20th!

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Center on Disability Studies is pleased to offer a free online professional learning opportunity for faculty, academic staff and administrators focusing on strengthening inclusive practices and enhancing a sense of belonging to ensure student success. CAMP +U is a 5 module course focusing on Disability awareness, Universal Design for Learning, educational technology to support learner agency, strategies to strengthen classroom belonging and build community, and sensory integration. An optional synchronous PLC will also accompany the course.

Partnering with UH Mānoa’s Office of Faculty Development and Academic Support, CAMP +U will continue to provide a Sensory Room at Kuykendall Hall 106 featuring a 13-item sensory space.
