Workshop #1The first workshop focuses on exploring the science and wisdom from Dine and Hawaiian cultural traditions focused on the Sun. We will move through concepts such as wayfinding, cycles of matter and energy in food-water systems, heliophysics, and solar research. Lunch will be included with registration and participation; capacity is limited to 40 educators. We encourage you to register today; specific agenda and logistics will be shared after registration!Workshop #2:The second workshop takes place the evening of March 15, and will feature author/producer/voyager Dr. Sam Low. We will begin the evening with the screening of his documentary The Navigators, and then follow with an educatorsʻ talk about his book Hawaiki Rising.
