Event Details:

We are thrilled to announce the development of the Hawaiʻi Early Childhood Educator Excellence and Equity Center (HI-ECE3 Center) at the College of Education.

Early Childhood Education (ECE) pulls from many disciplines— education and economic policy, human development, psychology, social work, special education, STEAM, and technology/AI to name a few.  Because this work touches every corner of our community – our keiki and families – we believe the new Center’s blueprint should draw upon our interdisciplinary perspectives and experiences. Learn about the vision for the HECLPC and contribute your ideas as we build the center from the ground up.

FACULTY/STAFF, STUDENTS, & COMMUNITY PARTNERS:

Join us for a collaborative discussion on somecritical issues and priorities for Early Childhood Education in Hawai‘i. To ensure that we integrate interdisciplinary perspectives from the start, we invite colleagues with expertise in varied fields to partner with us to refine priorities for the next generation as we conceptualize this new hub for ECE leadership, research, and practice in Hawai’i.
