The EDEA program in the University of Hawai'i's College of Education provides graduates with a comprehensive understanding and critical analysis skills of the issues, both national and international, within education. EDEA, specifically, focuses on post-secondary education and prepares students for advanced careers within higher education administration.
With graduation comes the responsibility to give back to the communities that helped get us to this point. HESA, therefore, is not just a space for discussion, arbitration, and symposium; it is a avenue to give back to the larger Hawaiian community, whether it be through donation, research, and/or just talking story. Please see the Fundraising page for more information.
We collectively believe that working together creates an environment for reasoning, analysis, and development. HESA helps get us started.
Please feel free to contact any of the committee members listed below for more information.
