The College of Education (COE) is offering a new Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) starting in Fall 2025. Designed with a focus on birth–8 years, this program is full-time with evening classes and a hybrid statewide format. Successful completion of the program leads to recommendation for a Hawaiʻi early childhood teaching license for preschool–grade 3.
