Previous lessons expose students to identifying and classifying types of lines, angles, quadrilaterals, and triangles in traditional ʻohe kāpala designs. These lessons also included learning experiences on measuring and drawing lines, angles, quadrilaterals, and triangles in small groups. In this culminating lesson, students will create an ʻohe kāpala design that represents their moʻokūʻauhau and family traditions.
