P.L.A.Y. is hosting a physical activity program for children with IDD and their neurotypical peers. The program will include 10 weeks (between September 12, 2022 and November 22, 2022) of instruction on gross motor skills (sport-oriented skills). All sessions are hosted at Klum Gym on University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s campus. Evaluations to determine program effectiveness will occur at two different time points throughout the program.
We are looking for children between the ages of 3–10 who can attend one night a week from 3pm–4pm on Monday (ages 7–10) or Tuesday (ages 3–6).
