Drive down Keaka Rd (between Chevron and the Seasport Divers on Kuhio Hgwy). The site is right at the corder of the ocean and Keaka Rd (where Keaka dead ends into Moanakai Rd). You may need to park further down by baby beach and walk back. We recommend off-loading supplies first (before parking and walking). They have had porta potties there for the past year.
