Why did you choose to become a teacher, in general?

My baby brother was enrolled in [an inclusive] classroom and watching the difference it had made in both his and our lives sparked a drive in me and I wanted to do the same thing for other children with a disability or not.

Why did you choose to become licensed in special education?

I have been working in the special education department for the last 6 years now as an educational assistant and as the years go on I have learned how much of a difference I can make in the short amount of time.
