Message to Teacher Candidate

Hello and Welcome! I am so glad and excited to have you here! Holomua is unique, not only because it is the only multi-track school in Hawai’i, but because we really are a family. Most of the staff have been here for 10+ years, some from its opening 25 years ago! Holomua is committed to providing a positive environment and culture for learning so all students may reach their potential in academic and personal growth. Like our mascot, a voyaging canoe, we continue to move forward toward success.

I hope that I am able to help you increase your teaching skills, improve your understanding of the myriad of Special Education acronyms and protocols, and instill some essential core values.

Let’s do this!
