Why did you choose to become a teacher, in general?

I’ve always loved helping our keiki in Hawaii and on Molokai is no different. I see the children in our schools and I feel like I would be able to help those students to progress!

Why did you choose to become licensed in special education?

I think these students hold a special place in my heart as I’ve seen what a great support system (teachers, admin, parents etc) can do when they work together to make a difference in a child’s life.
