Why did you choose to pursue to pursue BEd, Exceptional Students & Elementary Education program?

I have always had a deep love for education and grew up in a family full of educators. My past teachers are the ones that instilled a love of learning in me and I hope to do the same for students one day. It is so important to me that education is available to everyone regardless of their background, ability, family social status, etc. This is why I chose to be in the Elementary and Special Education program!

Why did you want to be a Social Media Ambassador for your program?

I would love to be a Social Media Ambassador for the ESEE program because I think I can create posts that spark people’s interest in applying to this program. I also think that many people don’t know about the ESEE program and I would love to get the word out in a fun and creative way!

Anything else you’d like to share?

I’m currently living off campus and working a part-time job at a daycare with kids 1-4 years in age. I have a very worldly view that I think would provide a unique perspective to this job. I also love to be creative. I love taking pictures, making posters, art, and really anything where I can let my creativity flow and create something. I stay up to date on social media trends which I think would keep the Instagram fresh and intriguing to viewers.
