Why did you choose to pursue to pursue BEd, Elementary Education program?
I have always been passionate about teaching and the opportunity it provides to both guide and learn from students. I believe education is a powerful way to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel valued and inspired to explore their interests. I am especially passionate about helping them develop confidence and strong critical thinking skills. Ultimately, my decision to pursue a degree in education reflects my deep love for learning and my commitment to empowering the next generation.
Why did you want to be a Social Media Ambassador for your program?
I really enjoy using social media as a way to connect with people and share meaningful information. I love creating visuals and videos that not only catch attention but also help build a sense of community. For me, social media is more than just posting—it’s about engaging with others, sparking conversations, and making people feel included. Over time, I’ve gained a lot of experience experimenting with different platforms and content styles, and I believe this gives me a unique perspective. As a social media ambassador, I would bring creativity, authenticity, and enthusiasm to help represent and grow the community in a positive and impactful way.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I am living on campus, I have been involved with CESA for 3 years now (formerly vice president, now just a member) I am actively involved with my cohort and this is my 3rd semester student teaching.
