On April 11, 2026, Waipahu High School held their Marauder Mākeke resource fair. The five-hour event featured free services, family activities, performances, food, and vendors. A longtime Professional Development School (PDS) partner, the College of Education hosted a booth to share information about the college’s programs and substitute teacher course. Many participants took the time to write about a teacher hero from their own journey (pictured below).
