Students will identify body signals associated with hunger, satiety and fullness by playing a game of body talk charades. Students will discuss the importance of eating when hungry and stopping when satisfied and will define mindful eating as the ability to slow down, listen to their body signals, and engage their senses in order to make healthy food choices. Students will practice mindful eating by paying special attention to their body signals and to the taste, smell, and texture of their close to the source snack.
