Description

I studied the math stereotypes my seventh and eighth grade Algebra 1 and Geometry students knew, and how those stereotypes impact their self perception. I used a Growth Mindset intervention to help students understand that they do not need to conform to stereotypes, but have the ability to change their own path. I used data from before, during, and after the intervention.
