“Becoming a teacher is my passion because I take pleasure in assisting students and positively impacting their lives. I am deeply moved by the opportunity to guide my students toward achieving their full potential and succeeding in their education. As an educator, I am motivated by my desire to contribute to the growth and development of my students. By working closely with my colleagues, students, and their families daily, I find a sense of community and connection that drives me. I cherish the opportunity to get to know my students and their families intimately. As a teacher, I can act as an additional support system outside their families and be a trusted adult. My goal is to inspire and motivate my students to learn and grow, just as my favorite teachers did for me when I was a student.
“I have had the privilege of working as an educational assistant for the past six years, where I get to work with students who have special needs on a daily basis. I must say, it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience to be part of their journey and to witness their progress. The joy of providing them with the support they need to navigate their academic and personal challenges is truly rewarding. I really enjoy creating strong bonds with every student I work with. By taking the time to grasp their individual requirements, strengths, interests, and obstacles, I can provide better support for their development and achievements.”
