Overview

How do we use the internet? Do our actions online affect others and ourselves?

In this lesson, students will explore the meaning of digital citizenship and how our actions, both on and offline, should not be too different from one another.

  • Identify digital citizenship terminology
  • Demonstrate understanding of Hawaiian cultural values
  • Explain why it is risky to share private information online
  • Understand social and economic issues connected to computing
