Students can submit their declaration of interest form as early as freshman year.  Students do not have to wait to be admitted to UH Mānoa.  While a declaration of interest does not guarantee admission to the UH Manoa, by declaring your interest to enter the BAM pathway our Academic Advisors can track your progress as you move through your undergraduate program.
