The checkmark icon indicates that your Nextcloud client is correctly synced

The pause icon indicates that the sync has been paused. This usually occurs when the user manually clicks the ‘pause sync’ option.

The exclamation point icon indicates that there is some information the user needs to take a look at (i.e., duplicate file error, files with invalid characters in the name, etc.) If you have any issues with resolving this status, please contact us at coetech@hawaii.edu.

The three dot icon indicates that the Nextcloud client lost connection to the server. This usually occurs when the user experiences a loss in network connectivity (i.e., lost internet connection). Restarting the client will resolve this issue.

The red x icon indicates that the Nextcloud client is unable to sync your data due to a unresolved conflict. If this occurs, please contact us at coetech@hawaii.edu as soon as possible so we may resolve this issue.
