If you have general inquiries, would like to discuss various options and pathways, or have additional questions please connect with our recruitment specialist.

A variety of opportunities to learn more about our programs are available:

  • Statewide College of Education Information/Application Sessions
    • During the Spring/Fall semesters, advisors for the various College of Education teacher preparation programs come together to offer face-to-face opportunities across the state for prospective students to learn more about all the programs in the College of Education. These sessions are ideal for those who are interested in becoming licensed teachers in Hawaii, and may be unsure of which program or area they want to be licensed in. In addition, these sessions will share information related to becoming a teacher in Hawaii, the employment outlook in the Hawaii Department of Education, and various funding opportunities.
  • Monthly Special Education Online Information Sessions
    • Each month, an online information session specifically for special education programs will be available. These sessions are ideal for those who know they are interested in special education but want to learn more about the  various options and have an opportunity to ask questions.
