Students in the College of Education Department of Special Education (SPED) Board Certified Behavior Analyst program have achieved a 100% pass rate on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam. All graduates of the SPED Applied Behavior Analysis program, masters or course sequence only, passed the exam on their first try. It is the first time SPED has had enough students sit for the exam to have the pass percentage published. “Only about 65% of individuals have passed on their first try across all existing programs, so this is encouraging news for our students, graduates, faculty, and community members,” Assistant Professor and program coordinator Jennifer Ninci said. “Congratulations to the BCBAs coming from our programs as well as their instructors and supervisors!”
