I practice STEMS^2 by providing my students with a space that is open to collaboration with one another and myself where we are all teachers and learners.  I strive to find as many opportunities as I can for my students to apply mathematical concepts learned in class to their own lives and communities.  Now that I will be moving back home to Kaua’i, I am excited to see the community partnership network that I am able to build and integrate into my classroom.
