Charis-Ann Sole, MA is a graduate student in the MEd in Early Childhood Education program. She recently completed a project as the lead writer of the updated Steps to Kindergarten Transition Toolkit, a resource to help guide parents, early learning practitioners and elementary schools in Hawaiʻi in facilitating coordinated and smooth transitions into Kindergarten. The toolkit can be found on Our Keiki, Our Future, a website maintained by the Executive Office of Early Learning that features work and resources related to implementation of the Early Childhood State Plan (2019-2024).
