The Master of Early Childhood Education program held its annual ECE Summer Institute from July 6–14th. Internationally recognized researchers, Drs. Kathy Hirsh-Pasek and Roberta Golinkoff, shared current research on the critical role of play as a foundation for positive academic, social, and emotional outcomes. Over 130 early educators engaged in interactive free and guided play experiences while attending the lecture series in Waiʻanae, Honolulu, Kahului, and Waikoloa.
