I work at the Keiki Hauʽoli Children’s Center, Infant Toddler Lab School, at Honolulu Community College.

How did you become interested in the field of early childhood education?
Growing up helping my papa take care of my siblings and other babies in the family created a passion to work with children.

Why do you think early childhood education is so important?
Early childhood education sets the foundation for children and their love and curiosity for learning. It really sets the foundation for our future.

What are your future visions and goals?
One day, I would like to see equity in the field of early childhood education from infancy to school-aged children in many aspects from being seen and respected as professionals to fair compensation.
