About
DVR Transition Education and Benefits Planning is a project funded by the Hawaii Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Our goal is to enable people with disabilities to make informed choices and a successful transition to self-sufficiency. All referrals to the project must come through DVR counselors. The project has three components: Transition Education, Disability Benefits Planning and Outreach.
