About

CDS is contracted by the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health (DOH) – Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) to establish a team of interviewers for the National Core Indicators® – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (NCI®-IDD) In-Person Surveys (ISP), which are conversations with adults receiving case management and at least one paid service from the state. NCI-IDD data is used to improve practice at the state and federal levels, shape policy, and inform strategic planning for stakeholders in IDD supports and services. Each survey cycle, the goal is to survey at least 400 participants statewide.
