    Brief Biography

    Joanna Philippoff is an Assistant Specialist in the Curriculum Research & Development Group (CRDG) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She designs, implements, evaluates, manages, and does research on and about science professional development and curricula projects. She holds a BA in biology, a MS in zoology, and is working on her PhD in educational psychology (studying the long-term effects of a science teacher professional development program—expected 2017).
