College of Education (COE) School of Teacher Education (STE) faculty members co-developed the 2020 Hawai‘i State Literacy Plan. The document is the product of a two-year collaboration across state agencies and stakeholders. STE Elementary Associate Professor Stephanie Buelow and Instructor Terry Lock were contributing writers, and STE Secondary Chair Charlotte Frambaugh Kritzer and STE Elementary Associate Professor Chris Au provided feedback and review of the document.
