Overview

Office of College Development

When the Office was established in 1989, there were only two endowed scholarships in the College, and one of the major goals of the newly-created office was to build a viable scholarship program which could provide financial assistance to a greater number of students.  Today, the office has succeeded in establishing more than 35 endowed scholarships with a valuation of more than $2,400,000.  Along with the Annual Scholarship funds, the College annually provides more than $140,000 in scholarships awarded to 70 students.

COE Alumni Association

The College of Education Alumni Association (COEAA) was established in the 1980s by a group of public school administrators who saw the need to support the efforts of the UH College of Education. Today, COEAA’s leadership is made up of a cross section of educators from various perspectives of the education arena. We have a lot to share and would love to hear from you! Learn more about our current activities, get in touch with our leadership or join the COE Chapter today.
