Special guest Dr. Pedro Noguera delivered two lectures on education reform during the 2011 College of Education Homecoming. The Peter L. Agnew Professor of Education at New York University, Noguera’s scholarship and research focuses on the ways in which schools are influenced by social and economic conditions in the urban environment.
